The implementation of the strategy for the development of tourism and resorts for the period until 2026 provides for: ensuring the safety of tourists, protecting their legal rights and interests; implementation of EU legislation in the field of tourism; ensuring comprehensive development of territories, in particular, creating favorable conditions for attracting investments in the development of tourist infrastructure; improvement of the system of professional training of specialists in the field of tourism; formation and promotion of a positive image of Ukraine as a country attractive for tourism. The development of tourism business in the conditions of European integration is possible only thanks to the reform of this industry in accordance with the requirements of European standards. This process is largely determined by the authorities' ability to implement systemic institutional changes aimed at carrying out various reforms related to the development of tourism. In particular, it is necessary to stimulate the development of the tourist business by introducing tax benefits, preferential loans, creating favorable conditions for attracting investments, ensuring further liberalization of foreign economic activity and increasing the efficiency of the use of financial resources allocated by the EU to support economic reforms in our country.
