The purpose of the work is aimed at solving an important scientific problem related to personnel profiling and threat assessment in sociotechnical systems in the shortest possible time by developing appropriate methods of forming parameters of functional duties and assessing threats in sociotechnical systems, focused on the creation of tools that expand functional capabilities relevant systems. Research methods are based on the methodological basis of the theory of information protection and the systematic analysis of theoretical and practical developments used in the field of information security to effectively solve cyber security problems. The scientific-methodological basis of the performed research consists of: methods of system analysis, elements of set theory and theory of fuzzy sets, modeling and algebra of logic. Methods and elements of fuzzy logic, decision-making, modeling, sets, as well as expert evaluation were used in the development of methods for forming parameters: functional duties and threat assessment in sociotechnical systems. The proposed method of forming parameters for functional duties allows you to evaluate the functional duties of a specific employee and establish dependencies between the employee and duties using parameters. The method of parameter formation and threat assessment should most fully assess the existing threats to the system (establish the threat factor, the degree of impact on the socio-technical system, priority, the probability of threat realization, the human component factor). The software is offered, which, due to the basic algorithm and a number of developed procedures, allows to automate the process of forming parameter standards for profiling employees and assessing threats in sociotechnical systems.
