Purpose of the study: experimental and theoretical substantiation of the participation of vascular and platelet hemostasis in the mechanisms of organ protection of drugs in experimental pathologies of various genesis.
Object of research: endothelial function in experimental equivalents of metabolic syndrome and diabetes mellitus.
Subject of research: therapy of endothelial dysfunction with the help of antioxidant, metabotropic, neuroprotective, antidiabetic, antiatherogenic and hypotensive agents.
Methods of research: pharmacological, biochemical, electrophysiological, histological, statistical.
Obtained results: Based on the results of a complex pharmacological study, an experimental rationale for therapeutic schemes of the rational use of drugs for the correction of disorders of the central nervous system, myocardium, liver, kidneys, as well as the function of the endothelium and platelets has been developed, which will allow individualization and optimization of the therapeutic strategy of treatment and increase its safety under conditions of diabetes, metabolic syndrome, intracerebral hematoma, etc.
