The innovative modular-developmental interaction is considered as a complex subject of socio-psychological and educational and pedagogical research, which requires a separate scientific study and is presented simultaneously in several perspectives of psychological cognition: a) philosophical-analytical (from concept to category); b) methodological (from explanatory approaches to author's model); c) theoretical and psychological (from designed model to integral knowledge system); d) instrumental and psychological (from educational scenarios and modular educational and textbook complexes to psychological methods and techniques of its implementation). The strategic direction of this problem successful solution was to expand the object-subject format of scientific research: on the one hand, the educational process understanding as a psychological system of goals, objectives, forms, content, technologies, methods and tools of professionally organized learning, and on the other, the psychological characteristics determining of participants’ modular-developmental interaction in the educational process of HEE as a consequence of four periods of its innovative psycho-content support. The tactical direction of research efforts was achieved through a combination of principles and standards of vitacultural, system-thinking and cyclical-action approaches, which enabled the author's development according to the canons of complementarities of the methodological model of psychological cognition of MDI as an attribute of innovative educational process and the theoretical model of psychological and pedagogical content of this interaction by the system of logically reasoned parameters-characteristics.
