The percentage of putative CSCs in the studied adenocarcinoma cell sublines with different expression levels of S61 kinase isoforms was determined. The percentage of putative CSCs in the studied sublines of adenocarcinoma cells with different levels of expression of S61 kinase isoforms was determined based on the expression of surface markers of stem cells (CD24, CD44) and aldehyde dehydrogenase activity.
