The purpose of the study is to substantiate the theoretical and methodological principles and develop scientific and practical recommendations for the construction and implementation of HR engineering in the new economy. Research methods: to achieve the defined goal, a complex of both general scientific and special methods was used: system analysis and synthesis; statistical method of data processing; the method of modeling, integral assessment, the method of expert assessments, the method of summarizing the results of the conducted; analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, the method of economic and mathematical modeling, the method of system analysis, the method of comparison and logic; graphic method - for a visual presentation of economic data obtained in the process of performing work. The result of the work is: in order to implement HR engineering at Alpmontazh LLC, it is proposed to form HR competencies of the personnel of a modern enterprise. The employee competency assessment model underlies many HR business processes. The influence of personnel evaluation on the effectiveness of the organization's activities has been studied. The main attention is paid to the definition of personnel evaluation criteria, the formulation of the content of competencies that the employee needs for the successful performance of job duties. It is proposed to introduce HR engineering at Alpmontazh LLC as an innovative way of development. A model for establishing key performance indicators for the HR department for the formation and use of personnel motivation technologies is proposed.
