The research results presented in this scientific paper are aimed at the practical solution of the problems of applying innovative HR technologies in the enterprise's HR management system.
The scientific novelty of the results obtained is the development of the theoretical foundations and substantiation of scientific and methodological recommendations for the application of innovative HR technologies in the enterprise's personnel management system
