The object of research is grape bushes of the Zagrei variety and the soils on which the specified grape variety with signs of chlorosis grows.
The purpose of scientific research: assessment of the risks of the manifestation of edaphic chlorosis in vineyards in the south of Ukraine on the example of the NSC "IViV named after V. E. Tairov" under the influence of arid conditions.
Research methods. The main methods of research were: field - to determine the spread and development of grape chlorosis on the plantations of the NSC "IViV named after V. E. Tairov" of the Odesa district of the Odesa region using the example of the Zagrei variety. In the course of the work, a visual observation method was also used - to diagnose the damage score of various types of chlorosis of grapes.
In order to establish the causes of chlorosis on the Zagrei grape variety, laboratory analyzes of the soil taken from under the bushes with and without signs of chlorosis were carried out:
- absolute soil moisture, %;
- determined the hydrogen index by horizons in the 0-100 cm layer. (pH);
- mass fraction of total and active carbonates,%
