The subject of the research is nanocomposite film materials obtained by spraying metal nanoparticles on the surface of a polymer matrix. The purpose of the research is to develop a technology for obtaining and welding packaging materials with effective antimicrobial action for high-quality and safe storage of food products based on environmentally friendly materials – biopolymers of polylactide (PLA), polyhydroxybutyrate (PHB) and polycaprolactone (PCL) and nanoparticles of Ag, Zn, Ag/Zn. Research methodology formation of nanocomposite film materials, research of their structure and properties. Results and their novelty. Formed film materials based on PLA, PHB, PCL biopolymers by sputtering Ag, Zn, Ag/Zn nanoparticles onto the surface of the polymer matrix. The correlation of forming – welding – structure – properties was established for the studied samples. The antimicrobial effect of the studied samples was revealed against gram-positive reference strains of opportunistic pathogens Staphylococcus aureus, gram-negative - Escherichia coli. It was established that the obtained samples do not show a toxic effect. The depressing effect of packaging materials on various groups of food products has been established. It has been established that the use of biopolymer packaging materials with antimicrobial properties allows to increase the shelf life of food products based on meat raw materials, without changing quality and safety indicators.
