Such objects are of great practical interest for the creation of drug delivery systems, ensuring the prolonged action, or the use of polymer dispersions as adjuvants for new generations of vaccines. It is also important to give the listed means the properties of theranostics. That is, to ensure the availability of diagnostic and therapeutic functions. Therefore, the main attention in this project was focused on giving polymer dispersions and suspensions of microhydrogels the ability to form a response under the influence of an external factor, in particular, under the influence of UV radiation. For this, a method of grafting chromophoric labels based on fluorescein and pyrene to polysaccharide chains was developed. The influence of these modifications on the course of the stages of branching and cross-structuring of polysaccharide macromolecules, the formation of self-stabilized aqueous dispersions and suspensions was studied. As a result of the research carried out during the implementation of this project, a number of polymer systems for medical and biomedical purposes with fluorescent properties were developed.
