The regularities of morphology and size of micellar structures from the structure, molecular weight and nature of grafted chains of the obtained polyamphiphiles have been established. Methodological approaches for the formation of supramolecular complexes of polymers of block, branched and block-branched structure with Berberine and its alkylated derivative have been developed. The optimal conditions, namely pH value, temperature, polymer carrier: alkaloid ratio, for the formation of stable aqueous delivery systems of alkaloids were determined. Complexes of the developed carriers with Berberine and its alkyl derivative were studied in delivery systems to cells and tissues. Dependences of their general toxicity and therapeutic efficacy on the structure and functionality of polymers, morphology, size and charge of micellar complexes were investigated, which is important for control of chemotherapy efficacy.
