The algorithm has been developed to increase the performance of group IV metal products (Ti, Zr, Hf) and alloys based on them under static and cyclic loads (by 15...30%) and protected from the penetration of hydrogen into them. The algorithm is based on the formation of diffusion saturated of near-surface metal layers with interstitial elements (O, N, C) with regulated hardening parameters (Hsur., l), which is ensured by the corresponding temperature-time and gas-dynamic parameters of thermochemical treatment regimes, and is maximally adapted to finishing technological operations for manufacturing thin-walled (up to 3 mm) products.
