To solve the set goal, the following tasks must be solved: - to develop methods for determining mycotoxins: Aflatoxin B1; Zearalenone F2; Deoxynivalenol (DON); T-2 toxin; Ochratoxin A; Aflatoxin M1; amounts of Aflatoxins B1, B2, G1, G2; amounts of Fumonisins B1, B2 by ELISA method. Research method: ELISA. The research was conducted on the basis of the testing laboratory of the SE "KYIVOBLSSTANDARTMETROLOGIA". The developed technique applies to food products, agricultural raw materials and fodder. The essence of the method is the formation of an antigen-antibody complex.
