The purpose of the work is to develop a method for determining mycotoxins: Aflatoxin B1; Zearalenone F2; Deoxynivalenol (DON); T-2 toxin; Ochratoxin A; Aflatoxin M1; amounts of Aflatoxins B1, B2, G1, G2; amounts of Fumonisins B1, B2. To solve the set goal, the following tasks must be solved: - to develop methods for determining mycotoxins: Aflatoxin B1; Zearalenone F2; Deoxynivalenol (DON); T-2 toxin; Ochratoxin A; Aflatoxin M1; amounts of Aflatoxins B1, B2, G1, G2; amounts of Fumonisins B1, B2 by ELISA method. Research method: ELISA. The research was conducted on the basis of the testing laboratory of the SE "KYIVOBLSSTANDARTMETROLOGIA". The developed technique applies to food products, agricultural raw materials and fodder. The essence of the method is the formation of an antigen-antibody complex. If the antigen (target molecule) is a protein, then it will be used to produce antibodies, which are then used to detect this target. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) is an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, an immunological method for determining the presence of certain antigens through an antigen-antibody reaction, which is widely used in research and clinical laboratory diagnostics. The first application of immunoenzymatic methods is considered to be the appearance of messages about the possibility of attaching enzymes to proteins, including immunoglobulins.
