The object of research is the safety of transport systems and their elements.
The purpose of the work is to study the problems of quality assurance at all stages of the life cycle of automotive equipment.
A complex of vehicle properties characterizing its quality, economic and intellectual safety has been formed and structured. For a number of properties of this complex, the dependencies that determine these properties are presented. Formulated units of measurement of the parameters of a number of properties corresponding to modern regulatory documents. A method of complex quantitative assessment of generalized quality indicators is proposed, which is based on the idea of a "tree" of properties and their representation in a multidimensional space. A mathematical model of quality management of technical preparation for the production and operation of transport equipment has been developed. All developments are aimed at improving the process of ensuring the safety of transport systems and automotive equipment. Optimizing and increasing the efficiency of production management is ensured. The obtained results of engineering studies allow to increase the efficiency of the production of auto body parts. Ergonomic developments provide a significant increase in traffic safety on all types of transport by increasing the efficiency of human-machine interaction.
