Based on the detecting the genotype-associations with single-nucleotide variants rs7927894 of FLG gene, rs11466749 of the TSLP gene, rs7216389 of the ORMDL 3 gene, rs10052957 rs41423247 of the h-GR/NR3C1 gene, the risks of developing atopic march phenotypes in children were determined and the basis for solving the problem of predictive diagnosis of the progression of atopic march as from mono-organ into the poly-organ phenotypes had been established improving its prognosis in children.
Low-grade inflammation is a global problem due not only to the prevalence of obesity and impaired carbohydrate tolerance in children, but also to the high frequency of accompanying insulin resistance, which further affects the risk of diabetes.
