The levels of markers of lipid peroxidation, hydrogen peroxide and superoxide, reduced glutathione, proline levels, activity of proline dehydrogenase and pyrroline 5-carboxylate synthetase enzymes, formation of the secondary mediator phosphatidic acid in transgenic Arabidopsis thaliana plants were studied by thin-layer chromatography of fluorescently labeled lipids. The data obtained indicate that the isozymes of diacylglycerol kinases such as DHA2 and DHA3 are involved in the realization of the action of polyamines in Arabidopsis thaliana plant cells in the formation of resistance to salt stress in the processes of modulating the formation of phosphatidic acid, a secondary mediator of plant cell signaling systems, regulating the balance of reactive oxygen species and levels of osmoprotectors.
