The conceptual guidelines for the study of the interaction of subjects of the educational space in the coordinates of genetic psychology based on the experimental genetic method are determined. The system of theoretical and methodological constructs of genetic psychology is outlined, which highlight the content of the problem field of psychological study of the interaction of participants in the educational space, deepen its explanatory potential, and target the research search towards the study of the educational process as a polymorphic multifaceted interaction of teaching and learning subjects in individually unique variants of personality development. A psychological phenomenology is presented that reflects a holistic systemic vision of the phenomenon of personal interaction of the subjects of the educational space and allows to describe the process at the level of activity-mediated formation of mental neoplasms of personal interaction. The provisions of personality psychology on the formation of human subjectivity, the process of transforming the objective conditions of human existence into the inner world, which is subjectively experienced, mediates, directs and motivates life, have been further developed. The ways of introducing scientific knowledge about the psychological characteristics of interpersonal interaction of the subjects of the educational space into the social and educational practice of a person are determined in the coordinates of genetic psychology, the means of developing effective technologies and correctional and developmental programs of psychological support are considered.
