The object of research is scientific and library activity in the field of animal husbandry.
The purpose of the work is to substantiate the problem-oriented model of information and bibliographic support, bibliometric support and information consulting of scientific developments with innovative potential and their integration into the world market of information resources and services.
Research methods – statistical and economic analysis, expeditionary, bibliometric methods (citation analysis; quantitative analysis of publications by individual authors; quantitative analysis of publications by scientists in the field of animal husbandry of individual scientific teams; content analysis of scientific documents), method of analysis of patent descriptions, method of information modeling, webometric analysis.
A problem-oriented model of bibliometric, scientometric and webmetric, information-bibliographic and information-consulting support for innovations in the field of animal husbandry was obtained.
Monitoring of bibliometric data of scientists was carried out according to the following criteria: fields of science, departments, institutions of NAAS branch, Hirsch index. According to Google Scholar, the distribution of scientists by 12 branches of science (agricultural sciences) has hardly changed; according to Scopus data, the number increased from 171 people to 447. The distribution of scientists by department (NAAN) according to Google Scholar data is not variable; according to Scopus - increased by 0.7%. The number of registered universities and research institutes has increased significantly from 204 in 2021 to 440 in 2023.
Our own database "Bibliometrics of the Institute of Animal Husbandry of the National Academy of Sciences of the Russian Academy of Sciences" was developed.
