The object of the research is microbiological preparations of insecticidal action based on producer strains from the collection of ITI "Biotechnique" of the National Academy of Sciences. The purpose of the work is to investigate their technical efficiency against aphids in buckwheat agrobiocenosis.
Research methods are laboratory, biological, empirical (experiments, observations, comparisons), statistical. The insecticidal properties of biopreparations against aphids were investigated in laboratory conditions under different rates of consumption and methods of application, and an information base was created regarding their insecticidal action against pests on buckwheat culture. In field conditions, three bioinsecticides with different bioagents and consumption rates and their mixtures were tested against aphids on buckwheat crops. Carrying out two treatments of buckwheat crops with biological insecticides based on different strains of microorganisms from the genera Streptomyces, Bacillus and Lecanicillium and their mixtures provided biological efficiency at the level of 92.0–100.0%.
