Research is based on the investigations of the features of the clinical course, morpho-functional changes of the liver and bone marrow, regulation of erythropoiesis, metabolic disorders, intensity of oxidative stress, endotoxemia, patterns of liver fibrosis in relation to ferrokinetic indicators in patients with non-alcoholic, alcoholic steatohepatitis and steatohepatitis of mixed etiology comorbid to anemic syndrome, iron overload, type 2 diabetes mellitus and chronic kidney disease, as well as treatment optimization depending on the main pathogenetic factors of the defined comorbidity with the inclusion of Hepadif in the treatment regimen of alcoholic and non-alcoholic steatohepatitis with anemic syndrome, as it has hepatoprotective properties, antioxidant and lipid-correcting effect, eliminates endotoxicosis syndrome, regulates hematopoiesis processes, and in conditions of syntropy of steatohepatitis with iron overload syndrome – discrete plasmapheresis sessions.
