The scientific work, based on an experimental study, proposes a new solution to the scientific and practical problem, which is to establish the morphological basis of the laws of age-related chronorhythmic organisation of the higher centre for the coordination of autonomic functions - the paraventricular nucleus and the lateral preoptic nucleus of the hypothalamus, depending on the modifications of the photoperiod, which is necessary for understanding the central mechanisms of circadian rhythms of the rat brain and the dynamics of these changes in ontogeny, as well as to study the impact on the state of these nuclei
In addition, the work contains a theoretical generalisation and scientifically substantiated results, which together solve the problem of establishing the biochemical features of the oxidant-antioxidant system of blood and liver, energy supply system and formation of hydrogen sulphide under conditions of experimental nephropathy and glutathione administration
