Based on the results of comprehensive research the model of the integrated system of primary health care for ambulatory care sensitive conditions has been scientifically substantiated to strengthen the health care system at the expense of the primary care. The validity and reliability of the method for assessing the quality of life related to oral health among Ukrainian children and adolescents using the COHIP-SF 19 UK (Child Oral Health Impact Profile-Reduced, Ukrainian version) method has been proven. Management styles were determined, the presence of which in managers contributes to the formation of the most acceptable management behavior and affects the effectiveness of management and the activity of the industry as a whole.
