The aim of the study. The purpose of the work is to increase the efficiency indicators of the operation of the machine-tractor unit when performing all technological operations of growing crops by researching and modeling the trajectory of the curvilinear movement of the unit. The subject of the research is mathematical models of curvilinear movement of a four-wheeled vehicle with front steered wheels. Research methods. When conducting theoretical research, methods of system and structural analysis, mathematical statistics were used, which were based on mathematical modeling of nonlinear motion of field aggregates using the theory of differential equations of higher mathematics, basic principles of theoretical mechanics, theory of machines, kinematics and dynamics of curvilinear motion. Experimental studies were performed in laboratory and field conditions in accordance with the requirements of current standards and developed methods of experiment planning. Mathematical modeling using the proposed algorithms for automatic driving of field units and static evaluation of experimental studies was carried out on a personal computer using computer graphics systems and a program for working with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. Practical value of the obtained results. A new method of reproducing the trajectory of the curvilinear movement of the center of gravity of a four-wheeled machine is proposed, by taking into account the intensity of rotation of the front wheels, which makes it possible to compare the actual and theoretical trajectories of the machine-tractor unit. The developed algorithm for building a complex trajectory of the center of gravity of the power tool will allow the development of full automation programs when performing technological operations with machine-tractor units.
