 One of the main activities of the educational and innovative center for the practical training of obstetrician-gynecologists, created in Odesa, was the development of new approaches to medical education in Ukraine, working out the theory and practical skills of treatment and acquiring experience in effective teamwork. The Department of Human Anatomy is the basis for teaching the discipline "Clinical Anatomy", which determines the importance of providing students with higher education and interns with theoretical knowledge and practicing skills for working on simulation equipment, such as a virtual simulation hysteroscope, an endoscopic rack with a computer program that simulates certain clinical situations, as well as sets of surgical instruments for various surgical interventions. A significant improvement in the quality of basic manipulations during laparoscopic operations and hysteroscopic manipulations was noted as a result of simulation training for obstetricians and gynecologists.
