During the third year of work (2023), an assessment of sensitivity to beta-lactam antibiotics under the influence of azithromycin was carried out, an analysis of the expression of MehSO-OrgJ orthologous genes in K.pneumoniae adapted to azithromycin was carried out, and patients with MDR K.pneumoniae were treated with the azithromycin-based combined antibacterial scheme and a comparative analysis of the treatment effectiveness was also performed.
