To solve the tasks of the third stage, a complex of research methods was used: the analysis of normative documents, scientific and methodical literature in order to develop and interpret a system for the formation of educational and research competence of biology teachers to ensure effective professional activity in ZZSO; creation of educational and methodological support for the implementation of the system of formation of the specified quality.

Received 5 copyright registration certificates (I.M. Koreneva, S.D. Rudyshyn, O.I. Lutsenko). The title of professor (I.M. Koreneva) and associate professor (O.I. Lutsenko) was conferred.
