It was determined that the high efficiency of the action of herbicides is realized by disrupting the functioning of the systems for maintaining a steady state of metabolism. The obtained results proved the fundamental possibility of increasing the effectiveness of weed control with herbicides from the classes of PROTO inhibitors and synthetic auxins due to their combined use with the NO donor.
