The object of research is the training process in various sports.
The subject of the study is the structure, content, means and methods of training athletes in various types of Olympic and professional sports.
The purpose of the work is to scientifically and theoretically substantiate modern approaches to improving the training process of athletes in Olympic and professional sports.

The substantiation of new approaches to the optimization of the training process of athletes of various qualifications in Olympic and professional sports is foreseen by developing effective programs and methods for improving the training process, which are based on the modernization of the structure and content of the training process using existing and new tools and methods.
The implementation of the obtained developments will contribute to the improvement of indicators of physical and functional condition, technical and psychological readiness, as well as competitive results of athletes at various stages of multi-year training.
