In 2021-2023, a stady the winter resistance of winter oats in the conditions of the Nosiv Breeding and Research Station, cross-
breeding was carried out and a new starting hybrid material was obtained. The peculiarities of the manifestation, variability and
correlations of the main valuable economic traits in the available varieties of winter oats and hybrid combinations F2 were
established. Selected breeding lines of winter oats with high indicators of winter resistance and signs of productivity.
