Design documentation has been developed for four prototypes of a basic set of farm milk processing equipment for making butter and cheese, in particular: butter maker of the Я5-OMИ 20 brand, a cheese manufacturer of the Я5-OСЖ.01, pasteurization bath of the Я5-ОДП-100 brand, and press for cheese grain brand Я5-ОФВ-40. The set of design documentation includes: equipment drawings, control panels and text documentation (passports that contain all the necessary sections regarding the operation and proper operation of the equipment). The design documentation was transferred to the manufacturing plant (experimental state enterprise IPR NAAN).
