A general trend towards a decrease in Helicobacter pylori infection in the Vinnytsia population to 33.3% in 2019 was revealed. The results of express gastro-pH monitoring, which was performed before the start of the course of eradication therapy, can also be a predictor of successful eradication, in particular: min pH >2.2 (ROC AUC=0.62). Predictors of successful eradication can be indicators of express gastro-pH monitoring, which is performed on the 5-7th day of therapy with a median pH >4.4 (ROC AUC= 0.71). Maintenance of intragastric pH ≥5.0 for 14.9±1.9 hours. and the level of intragastric pH≥6.0 for 10.8±1.7 hours. per day is sufficient for successful eradication of Helicobacter pylori. The sensitivity and specificity of the GerdQ questionnaire in the diagnosis of gastroesophageal reflux disease in outpatient settings is 78.6% and 92.9%, respectively. (ROC AUC=0.95). In patients with this disease in combination with arterial hypertension, in comparison with patients without this comorbidity, a decrease in the aggressiveness of acid refluxate was found according to three-hour esophageal-gastro-pH-monitoring. The use of valsartan in patients with this common comorbidity, in contrast to the effects of taking lisinopril, bisoprolol, and amlodipine, led to an increase in the exposure of gastric acid contents to the esophagus, due to an increase in the number of episodes of acid reflux, a decrease in the minimum pH in the esophagus Product Description popup.authors Zaika Serhiі Volodymyrovych Kondratyuk Natalia Mykolaivna Ksenchyn Oleh Oleksandrovych Melashchenko Sergii Hrygorovych Pivtorak Natalia Anatoliivna Paliy Iryna Hordiivna Chernova Inna Vjacheslavivna popup.nrat_date 2024-01-10 Close
