To expand existing ideas about the physicochemical properties and functional role of such fundamental structure-forming
factors as the presence of G-rich regions and pseudouridine sites in the SARS-CoV-2 genome. To propose new possible
structures of ligands and/or proteins that interact with the genomic RNA targets of the SARS-CoV-2 virus and reduce its
virulence. Achieving the set goal will allow us to use the new fundamental knowledge obtained in the project as possible
components of new antiviral therapy strategies.
