The object of this study is the process of forming the resource potential of the enterprise in the conditions of globalization.
The subject of the study is the study of the theoretical and methodological foundations of the formation of the resource potential of the enterprise in the conditions of globalization on the example of the LLC FIRM "SCORVIDER "AVTO" LTD."
Research methods. In the research process, the following methods were used: cognition and research, which included the method of theoretical generalization; systematic method of scientific knowledge, analytical method.
The purpose and tasks of the research. Development of directions for increasing the efficiency of resource potential management, researching the state and prospects for the development of the resource potential of the enterprise in the conditions of globalization. Study of the mechanism of formation of resource potential of the enterprise, determination of its development prospects in the conditions of globalization.
The following tasks were set for the realization of this goal:
– consider the essence of the formation and use of the resource potential of the enterprise in the conditions of globalization;
– to analyze the efficiency indicators of the use of labor, material and technical, financial and other resources of the enterprise;
- to improve the process of formation and management of resource potential at the enterprise.
The scientific novelty consists in the specific features of the formation of the resource potential of the enterprise, the creation of an effective system of motivating the work of the personnel.
The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the creation of a recommendation for determining the prospects for the development of the resource potential of the enterprise in the conditions of globalization, namely, improving the process of managing labor resources at the enterprise through the personnel motivation system.
