• modernization of the preservation of archival funds of the NNSGB NAAS as a modern innovative component in agricultural science and the creation of full-fledged databases with their electronic analogues;
• creation of archival databases of personal funds of outstanding agrarian scientists of scientific research. Taking into account the economic and political troubles of today, cooperation is currently underway with the State Archive of Kyiv, with the archive of NUBiP in the direction of creating databases of personal funds of outstanding agrarian scientists;
• the monograph "Agrarian education and science in the Ukrainian diaspora of Europe 1920-1960s" authored by the chief researcher of the sector, doctor of historical sciences, professor O. Utkin, was prepared for publication on the basis of archival materials.
• a bio-bibliographic index of scientific works for the years 1962‒2011 of Doctor of Agricultural Sciences Yurchak Larisa Demyanivna (1937–2010) has been prepared for publication, for the 85th anniversary of her birth.
• an exposition was organized and the online exhibition "Collections of archival documents related to the history of agricultural science, education and technology" was distributed
