The purpose of the study is to substantiate the andragogical foundations of the professional development of scientific and pedagogical workers of higher education institutions in the conditions of informal and informal education. The task of scientific research: to develop a research program and methodology; justify the conceptual and categorical apparatus, systematize the research source base; to analyze theoretical approaches to the study of the problem of professional development of scientific and pedagogical workers of higher education institutions in the conditions of informal and informal education on andragogical grounds; to develop and justify the concept of professional and personal development of scientific and pedagogical workers of higher education institutions; to reveal the content and procedural aspects of the professional development of scientific and pedagogical workers of higher education institutions in the conditions of informal and informal education; identify and analyze the specifics of corporate training of scientific and pedagogical employees of higher education institutions; to theoretically substantiate the andragogically oriented model of professional development of scientific and pedagogical workers of higher education institutions in the conditions of informal and informal education; to develop scientific and methodological support for the professional development of scientific and pedagogical workers of higher education institutions in the conditions of informal and informal education; to reveal the trends of self-educational activities of scientific and pedagogical workers of higher education institutions as a category of adults studying; substantiate the recommendations regarding the professional development of scientific and pedagogical workers of higher education institutions based on the andragogical approach; to carry out an experimental study, check its effectiveness and generalize the obtained results.
