Options for reducing atmospheric air pollution of cities by gaseous emissions are considered. The peculiarities of the integration of the main principles of inclusiveness, circular economy, resource-efficient clean production in the PPP mechanism to achieve the goals of sustainable development during the post-war reconstruction of the country are considered.
