The object of the research is an organizational and clinical model of medical care in a multidisciplinary health care institution.
The purpose of the work is to improve the quality of medical care for the population by substantiating, developing and implementing an improved model of managing the quality of medical care for the main (most common in 2014-2023) diseases in the conditions of a multidisciplinary health care institution.
Research methods - systematic approach, content analysis, bibliosemantic, epidemiological, statistical, sociological, conceptual modeling, expert evaluations.
As a result of the implementation of the second stage of the NDR 2022–2024, an urgent scientific task was solved - the substantiation of the conceptual foundations of the organization and the basic elements of the quality management of medical services in a multidisciplinary health care institution under the conditions of the functioning of a single medical information system, a study of the process of applying clinical routes of patients with the position of PDSA in the Center and personnel, resource and information and scientific support of this process.
