The typology of gifted children of adolescent age was defined and substantiated at the empirical level on the basis of a cluster analysis of data. Based on the factor analysis of the data, the motivational structure of the personal potential of gifted children is substantiated. At the empirical level, the goal setting of gifted children was determined in a percentage ratio, and psychological barriers to the realization of personal potential were identified. The level of social adaptability, activity, autonomy and moral education of students was revealed.
