Research methods: clinical; audiometry in the conventional and extended frequency range, acoustic impedancemetry, auditory evoked potentials (CSVP and DSVP), vestibulometry, rheoencephalography (REH) and electroencephalography (EEG), research of the hemostasis system. At the moment, the number of servicemen and civilians who have received a mine-explosive injury is growing and continues to grow, and therefore the urgency of this problem is increasing. In many cases, we are talking about repeated acubarotrauma. Ways to prevent the progression and development of severe SNP in repeated acute combat injuries have been developed, and forecasting and examination of such disorders have been improved. 179 servicemen with repeated combat acute trauma were examined. It was shown that in the vast majority of the examinees, along with sensorineural deafness, pronounced disorders of cerebral blood circulation and the functional state of the central nervous system were observed. The identified features, such as registration of ARVM in severe hearing loss, dissociation of ARVM thresholds and tone audiometry, damage to the central parts of the auditory analyzer, may be useful for further study of the pathogenesis of akubarotrauma and finding ways to correct disorders of the auditory system in such cases. It was determined that the more pronounced extraaural changes occur in soldiers, the higher the risk of progression of SNP in such patients. Treatment of SNP in akubarotrauma should be carried out taking into account extraaural disorders, which will prevent the development of severe deafness.
