The purpose of the work is to study the physiological, anatomical, morphological, biochemical indicators of grape cuttings and microclines under the influence of various methods and means of intensification of their rhizogenic activity.
Conducting research involves determining: Generation coefficient (R). Integrated assessment of the natural regenerative capacity of initial explants, grape microclones of new forms, varieties in in vitro tissue and organ culture. Methods, means of intensification of callus and rhizogenesis of new varieties and forms of grapes in the culture of tissues and organs in vitro during a full annual cycle. Anatomical-morphological, physiological-biochemical indicators of the manifestation of the highest regeneration potential of grape cuttings and microclones at various stages of the planting material production technology.
