As a result of the comprehensive examination, it was found that compared to persons who did not suffer from COVID-19, patients over 60 years of age with COVID-19 transferred 3 months before the examination have a particularly high index of cardiovascular risk according to the SCORE-2 scale. In patients with a high cardiovascular risk, a strong negative relationship between the atherogenicity index and the number of functioning capillaries per unit area was determined. After suffering from COVID-19, the frequency of detection of clinically significant anxiety and depression increases twice as well as the frequency of subclinically expressed anxiety increases by 2.5 times. After COVID-19, a redistribution of the power of EEG rhythms was revealed: the power in the alpha-1 rhythm range increases against the background of a decrease in the alpha-2 rhythm range and activation of the theta rhythm. The activity of the diencephalic region and the energy supply of the brain decrease. In people after COVID-19, compared to the group of people without a history of COVID-19, there is a statistically significant increase in the frequency of detection of carotid artery intima-media complex thickness of more than 1.0 mm and signs of venous dysfunction, there is also a tendency to increase the frequency of detection of carotid stenoses artery ≥50% with a decrease in the linear velocity of blood flow along the basilar artery.
