The choice of types of mechanical tests and methods of microstructure research to control the condition of the material of a "disk" type part made of this material is substantiated. The requirements for the typical placement of samples for microstructural studies and mechanical tests in the main structural zones of the TVT disk of the AL-31F aviation gas turbine engine have been worked outThrough parallel studies of the microstructure, hardness and evaluation of the short-term mechanical properties of the EP742-ID alloy after operation, the samples of which were cut from the "labyrinth"-type imitator part, the principles of choosing the modes of its restorative vacuum heat treatment were substantiated. From the standpoint of ensuring a high deformation capacity at 20-1100 °C, the required level of short-term mechanical properties and long-term strength at 20 °C and 550 °C of multilayer deposited metal of nickel and cobalt alloy, the choice of a promising material for the weld seam of the bimetallic impeller of a small-sized aircraft turbine design is substantiated "deformed - cast heat-resistant alloy". The deformation capacity of the high-temperature section of the heat-affected zone of the base metal of cast and deformed nickel heat-resistant alloys was evaluated. On their basis, technological recommendations for the selection and preliminary preparation of the base metal for the composite welded structure of the bimetallic turbine wheel were developed. During the preparation of model butt-welded joints, a preliminary development of the technique and methods of forming a multi-pass weld connecting the cast nickel heat-resistant alloy of the ZhS32 type with the deformed nickel heat-resistant alloy of the EI698 or Inconel 718 type was performed.   Product Description popup.authors Volosatov Ivan R.
