The purpose of the first stage is to substantiate the manufacturing technologies of the block-type filter composite element, to achieve it, the following was performed:
- substantiation of the design and composition of block-type composite filters for various application conditions. the selection of the mineral binder, the composition of the polymer-silicate composite, and their thermophysical and physical-mechanical properties were investigated. A model of the process of the two-phase inverse transition of the aggregate state of the binder of the block-type composite filter during its manufacture has been developed;
- Design and manufacture of an experimental sample of a block-type composite filter based on a polymer-silicate composite; a model of the two-phase inverse transition of the aggregate state of the binder during well construction was developed.
