The purpose of the study is to investigate the structural and procedural features of strategic communications using as a means of promoting Ukraine’s national interests in the current political reality.
Research methods are the following: systemic, hermeneutic, phenomenological methods along with situational and pragmatic analysis.
Theoretical and practical significance. The scientific developments on the peculiarities of the functioning of the national security system of Ukraine in the context of today’s challenges have been widened. The key aspects of the influence of the Ukrainian agenda on the formation of new trends in the development of world politics are investigated. It is determined the content of Ukrainian media narratives in the processes of European integration. The Ukrainian experience of using the system of strategic communications in promoting of national interests in the field of national security is studied. Successful cases of involving the resource potential of strategic communications in the formation of energy security on the example of the Baltic States are analyzed. There are also identified the possibilities of the «impression economy» in the conducting of effective communication between Ukrainian civil society and responsible business, which is aimed at actualizing the value of national identification. Practical recommendations on the usage of strategic communications in the formation of the national security system of Ukraine are developed.
