The object of the study is document and information support for the activities of business entities; the subject is a system of document and information support for the activities of economic entities in the conditions of digital communications. The purpose of the research is to determine the effectiveness of the system of document and information support for the activities of economic entities in the conditions of digital communications. Research methods are a complex of general scientific and special methods, in particular: the method of scientific analysis, the method of synthesis, induction and deduction, system analysis.
The research topic is gaining relevance in connection with the constant development of technologies that are designed to improve the processes of document circulation and information preservation. The conducted research made it possible to determine the content and current state and trends of development and improvement of document and information support for business entities; the impact of digital communications on digital document management technologies, opportunities and obstacles to the introduction of digital tools of the existing document and information process, to find out the security of electronic document management.
The novelty of the study consists in the identification of problems and proposals for improving the system of document and information support for the activities of business entities; practical significance – in the development of recommendations regarding the processes of introducing new technologies for document and information support of business entities.
