It is shown that the optimal solution to the problem of their disposal is the complex use of the energy resource of its organic component as an alternative fuel, with the subsequent involvement of the generated heat-treated waste in in road construction. The effectiveness of the use of RTAW for the activation of GGBFS, which occurs according to sulfate and partially alkaline mechanisms, has been established. Сoncrete mixtures with a nominal composition of 1:1.9:3.8 with a content of 0.8 wt.% superplasticizer and 0.2 wt.% of air-entraining admixture were developed. According to the results of determination of water absorption, depth of water penetration and open porosity, it is shown that the introduction of RTAW compacts the structure of concrete and reduces its permeability. The effect of RTAW on the strength and energy characteristics of crack resistance of developed road concretes was studied. It is noted that despite the somewhat lower physical and mechanical parameters of concrete based on CEM II/B-S with 10 wt.% RTAW, its crack resistance characteristics exceed both compositions without additional cementing materials, which confirms the synergy of the RTAW- GGBFS system in the context of fracture mechanics . It was established that concretes with an optimal content of RTAW are characterized by significant resistance to the action of alternating freezing and thawing, achieving the F300 frost resistance mark and abrasion resistance G=0.29 g/cm2. According to the results of the study of the condition of the slope of the ground surface of Lychakivska Street in the section P-9+60 - P-14+00, analysis of engineering and technical documentation, survey reports, recommendations were developed in three variants to ensure its stability and to change the drainage system.
