The purpose of the study is the scientific substantiation of the theoretical and methodological foundations and the approbation of youth entrepreneurship counseling methods in professional (vocational and technical) education institutions. Research methods: theoretical (analysis, synthesis, modeling, comparison, systematization, generalization of scientific theoretical and research data); empirical (questionnaires, interviews, control testing, observations, discussions, expert evaluations, methods of statistical processing of research results, etc.). Youth entrepreneurship is positioned as a direction of increasing the level of employment among young people and creating new enterprises and additional jobs; consulting on youth entrepreneurship - as formal and informal education for a career, which involves the development of personal qualities and generally recognized (horizontal) skills, which are a sign of entrepreneurial thinking and behavior; raising the awareness of P(PT)O applicants in matters of self-employment and opportunities for career growth in entrepreneurship. The concept of consulting on youth entrepreneurship is defined as a complex system strategy of goals, tasks, methodological approaches, principles, forms of organization of the psychological and pedagogical process of providing effective assistance to future specialists in starting their own business and successful implementation of entrepreneurial activity, which is implemented in intellectual, research-analytical and project activities of pedagogical workers.
