Results – methodical regulations regarding the management of economic, social, ecological, institutional and scientific and technical changes are substantiated by: forming the image strategy of enterprises on the labor market in the conditions of Industry 4.0; intellectualization of Internet of Things software; methodological support for decision-making using original technologies - the theory of the "golden ratio"; definition of policies for the protection of vulnerable consumers; application of energy efficiency benchmarking; implementation of the concept of general equipment maintenance using the IDEF0 methodology in the AllFusion Process Modeler program; development of methodological support, which involves the development and use of cognitive resources.
