The purpose of the research is to develop the provision of competitive analytical information for a specific user, embodied in the form of models, methods and technologies for managing economic, social, environmental, institutional and scientific and technical changes.
Results – methodical regulations regarding the management of economic, social, ecological, institutional and scientific and technical changes are substantiated by: forming the image strategy of enterprises on the labor market in the conditions of Industry 4.0; intellectualization of Internet of Things software; methodological support for decision-making using original technologies - the theory of the "golden ratio"; definition of policies for the protection of vulnerable consumers; application of energy efficiency benchmarking; implementation of the concept of general equipment maintenance using the IDEF0 methodology in the AllFusion Process Modeler program; development of methodological support, which involves the development and use of cognitive resources. Models and algorithms have been developed that can be used in automated expert systems, as well as in cascade models of information processing and compression.
