popup.description1
Creation of new mathematical models of stress state of three-layer structures, development of algorithms and methods of design and optimization of joints, experimental determination of elastic characteristics and strength criteria of adhesives, as well as experimental verification of certain aspects of developed mathematical models.
popup.description2
The development is aimed at solving the problems of designing the connections of the power elements of the aerospace engineering structure. This problem also includes the task of redesigning individual structural elements of existing aerospace engineering samples in connection with the transition to new (including composite) materials, adhesives and manufacturing technologies. The work belongs to the areas of development critical technologies in the field of weapons and military equipment production (order of the CMU dated August 30, 2017 No. 600 as amended by the order of the CMU dated December 24, 2019 No. 1358-r), namely, Materials science technologies: "Newest manufacturing technologies and restoration (repair) of military equipment, including that which is considered unfit for repair" and "Technology of modeling operational processes in structural elements of military equipment using calculations of stress-strain and limit states of critical parts due to the influence of a complex of technological and operational factors".
As part of the first stage of work, the following was performed:
1. A general theory of butt joints of cylindrical shells has been created. The movements of each layer are described by all three components. This made it possible to solve the problems of VAT connections of cylindrical shells with non-axisymmetric longitudinal and radial loading. Boundary conditions for each of the layers (including discrete ones) are taken into account separately and differ.
2. Methods of optimizing connections in a two-dimensional setting, taking into account the unevenness of stresses along the length and width of the connection, have been developed. Non-linear optimization methods and soft computing methods (genetic algorithms and particle swarm algorithms) have been developed to solve connection optimization problems.
3. Hypotheses about the stressed state of the adhesive layer near the edge of the joint were tested experimentally, elastic parameters an
